♕ BIO
❖ Margaret Anne Elizabeth
age: 20
from: london, england
status: princess of wales, daughter to the king and queen of england
The guest of honor to the marriage court, and future queen of France. Margaret is probably the sweetest, and prettiest young lady you will ever meet. The youngest of the British royal family, many call her the 'Rose of England'. Margaret is very patriotic, intelligent, well-read, and believes strongly in the old traditions of her royal line. So when the arranged marriage to Prince Louis was first proposed by her parents, she was actually quite fond of the idea. The whole thing reminds her of the old ways of the kingdom. While she has only spoke to her fiance and Marie through letters, she looks forward to the wedding court and her move to France. She knows the French kingdom and royals are much more gaudy, pretentious, and less-conservative than the British monarchy and her only worry is she will not fit in.

♕ QUESTIONS
(in character - interview with press)
1) Ok tell us about your past, where do you come from?
{ I come from the beautiful city of London. I was born there and raised there, and I feel at peace there.}

2) How do you know Marie, or if you don't what are the circumstances around you being invited to the wedding court?
{We are both princesses, and we've known each other since we were quite young. I remember the first time I met. It was at a diplomatic meeting between our fathers, and both of us were about to have a fit. Whoever thought it was a good idea to put two six year old princesses in a room filled with boring conversations was a masochist. It was horrible. That's where we became friends, because we had to entertain each other during boring meetings like that. After enough tantrums we were finally dismissed from future meetings.}

3) Can you tell us a few personal strengths and weaknesses?
{I think a weakness for me would be the love I feel for my country. I am supposed to marry the French prince, but I don't know how the people will accept me. I also take things very personally, and my temper isn't pretty. However, my strength is that I know how to keep it under control unless I'm pushed to the absolute edge. I am also very loyal to my friends, and I love to give to others. I feel so fortunate, and I feel guilty for having things when others do not.}

4) What are you most looking forward to about moving to Versailles and taking part in court?
{I am looking forward to doing things like they did in the past. The arranged marriage, the beautiful wedding. It's all so very fun and exciting. Also, I am excited to be married. I've known the prince of France for a long while, and we are good friends.}

5) What is one thing the world should know about you?
{One thing they should know about me is that I will do everything I can to make the world better. I won't be satisfied until I know I've made a difference in the world.}

(out of character)
~ why did you choose this character?
{I love this character. I love London just like she does. I feel connected to this character. I've been trying to find someone to play like her for a long time, and I haven't been able to. If I don't get this character I would be sad. That's how much I love this character.}

~ can you honestly be active?
{Yes. If I couldn't be active, I wouldn't have joined because it's unfair to the mods. The only time I wouldn't be able to make tons of sets is during final exam week in May, but I'd still try my best to make a set. Other than that, I have no life outside of Polyvore. I'm just sad like that.}

~ why should we choose you for this character?
{Because I will be active and I'll play the character well. I think I'll bring alot to the group, and I think you should consider me for the part.}

♕STORY
I walked down the dark corridor of the Sandringham Estate. This was the home we only visited on Christmas, but father knew I loved it. That's why I stayed here for my last month in England. I went out to the gardens, which is a rare sight for us. It's always too cold in winter. I was busy packing my things to go to France. I would miss England terribly, but I couldn't wait to see my friend, and future sister in law, Marie.

I said farewell to my maids and my family, and got on the plane to France. The plane ride was uneventful, and I slept most of the way. I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't look sad or appear homesick. It wouldn't be fair to anyone.

Once I arrived at Versailles I felt an instant surge of happiness. I walked up the numerous steps to the palace itself. My heels clicked across the tiled floor. People were all in meetings at the moment, and the hall was completely deserted. Except, however, for a lone maid. She smiled at me as I walked past her, and I smiled back.

As I approached Marie's room, my stomach started growling. Apparently it remembered all the yummy sweets and champagne she kept in her room. If I didn't keep myself in check, I'd turn into the fattest queen France has ever had. I knocked on Marie's door and waited for her maid to answer.

"Who is it?" she shouted.

"It's me, Margaret." I said.

I heard a few things toppling to the floor, and finally the door was flung open and I was being embraced in a hug.

"You're finally here!" she shouted.

"I am!" I replied.

We went into her room and talked for hours, until the meetings were over and it was time to properly announce my arrival. She told me how three more maids had quit since her birthday.

-I don't know how to finish this story, because I do much better when events are assigned-
