Giving Panem our fertile harvest, the citizens of District 9 keep us rising as a nation. With their tanned skin and exquisite dark hair from all their work in the sun, these Tributes have an exotic feel to them that is not only alluring but also tempting. This community's amber waves of grain are in inspiration to us all.. but will their Tributes be?
