Cap-toe flats are all the rage in Hollywood, and super easy to re-create at home! For today's DIY project you will need ballet flats, painter’s tape, spray paint and plastic bags.

If your flats have an embellishment or bow at the top, snip it off. Tape your shoes 2-3 inches from the tip of the toe. Use a plastic bag to cover the rest of your shoe (tape the bag along the same line for added protection).

Spray paint the capped tip of your shoe. You may need to do a couple coats depending on the material of your shoe. Let the paint dry at least 15 minutes before peeling off the tape. Voilà! Rock your pumped-up kicks with casual or dressy looks.

Thanks to @britandco for the creative DIY!
