{ what you need }
-Old magazines or newspaper, colored paper, tissue paper
-Tape or glue or modge podge
-Embellishments, such as glitter, studs, rhinestones

{ 1 } You'll want to cut out a piece of cardboard that is as wide as you want your cuff to be. For length, wrap it around your wrist. You'll want to be able to slide it on and off easily (as this cuff will be a slide-on one)
Optional: Then take this and put a piece of felt the inside side before doing the next step. This can add a pop of color to the inside plus added comfort.

{ 2 } Use a good strong tape to keep the ends of the cardboard together. Don't worry- we'll be covering this up.

{ 3 } Get out some magazines or newspapers that you have lying around. Cut out strips (colors and prints that you like) and simply glue, tape or use modge podge to attach it on. Continue doing this all around. You can cut out specific shapes or images as well, and attach those on.

{ 4 } Apply any rhinestones, studs or anything with a craft or jewel glue. Let dry completely

{ 5 } Apply a layer of modge podge onto the cuff and let dry.
