I just saw the original tutorial for this shirt on a website, by the girl who actually created it. It's also got better directions. http://www.u-createcrafts.com/2011/08/creative-guest-watermark-tee-by-sweet.html?m=1

@deaddheadd Well, at least you tried it! Now that you know your mistakes, you should go ahead and try again. Practice makes perfect! :) ~Alyssa

i just finished doing these shirts, and it didn't turn out at all. :( i'm thinking mainly because i put the glue on while the shirt was wet- it made it like blob out wayyy more then the shirt that was dryer did. and because i somehow skipped over the 'dip' i enstead let it soak in the color..gr!

you could do the same thing with a pink shirt and a clorox bleach pin..WAY easier and faster!!

@stylestar-836 First off, thank you so much :) And I think if you used regular glue, it might not ad hear well to the fabric, and become messy. The best thing to use would be thee gel glue. You could test it and see if it works, but I don't think it will work as well. Also, try Walmart or the dollar store for cheaper, "gel glue" alternatives :)

Hi! I think this is an awesome idea! I was just wondering if it would still work if i used regular emlers glue? Because i plan to do this activity with a large group and we'll need alot of glue and the gel kinda of 12 bucks for one bottle so i was wondering if you could use the regular kind and have the same results!

@girls-guide-to-life How many pictures do you think there are on Polyvore with a dyed shirt like this? You people need to stop with the hating, they are not the same, they just have the same topic, people do it all the time. ~Hannah

@haleyluvsromeo1225 That doesn't matter because if you compare the sets and read the directions, they are different! We would never plagiarize, or copy without credit(: ~Alyssa

@noralovesyou instead of usuing white glue, elmer's makes a glue that is gel, and blue. The one up in the picture.
