hallo there flawless! its your Australian/Californian tipper here! so with school coming up there tends ti a bit of stress going on so personally, i like to set aside some time to chill out and make a face mask! so i thought i would share with you some of my favorite face masks for you to use!

B A N A N A F A C E M A S K:
who wants a Botox when God made bananas? bananas are great for moisturizing your skin and leaving it looking and feeling softer! 
 
WHAT TO DO:
mash up a medium-sized ripe banana into a smooth paste, then gently apply it to your face and neck. now let it set for 10-20 minutes, then rinse it off with cold water. what you can also do is take 1/4 cup plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 medium banana, mash/mix it up and apply it to your face! 
 

M I L K F A C E M A S K:
okay so i personally love this one because its just so awesome! it leaves your skin like SUPER SMOOTH! and it also leaves your face feeling really fresh!
 
WHAT TO DO: 
mix 1/4 cup powdered milk with enough water to form a thick paste. then thoroughly coat your face with the mixture, let dry completely, then rinse with warm water.
 

O A T M E A L F A C E M A S K:
if you want a quick pick-me-up that will leave you feeling and looking better, i recommend an oatmeal facial! 
 
WHAT TO DO:
Combine 1/2 cup hot — NOT boiling — water and 1/3 cup oatmeal. when the water and oatmeal have settled for two or three minutes, mix in 2 tablespoons plain yogurt, 2 table-spoons honey, and 1 small egg white. then put on a thin layer of the mixture to your face, and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. then rinse with warm water. (you might want to put a strainer in the sink just so that the oatmeal doesn't clog the drain!)
 

M A Y O N N A I S E F A C E M A S K:
as gross as this sounds, it really helps clean your face and leaves it smooth! (i personally don't have mayonnaise in my house so we usually do this at Taylor's or Leah's house)
 
WHAT TO DO:
very gently spread the mayonnaise over your face and leave it on for about 20 minutes. after that, wipe it off and rinse with cool water!
 

Y O G U R T F A C E M A S K: yogurt helps to clean the skin and tighten your pores and is really simple and easy!

WHAT TO DO: put some plain yogurt on your face and let it sit for about 20 minutes.
 
M U S T A R D F A C E M A S K:
now you might want to test this first just to make sure it doesn't irritate your skin! but this soothes and stimulates your skin!
 
WHAT TO DO:
Pat your face with mild yellow mustard and leave on for 15-20 mins!
 

L E M O N F A C E M A S K: 
this facial exfoliates and moisturizes the skin!

WHAT TO DO: mix the juice from 1 lemon with ¼ cup olive oil or sweet almond oil and rub it onto your face!
 
E G G F A C E M A S K:
okay i personally love this one! my sister actually told me about this one and i LOVE it!! 

WHAT TO DO: head to the refrigerator and grab an egg. If you have dry skin that needs moisturizing, separate the egg and beat the yolk. Oily skin takes the egg white, to which a bit of lemon or honey can be added. For normal skin, use the entire egg. Apply the beaten egg, relax and wait 30 minutes, then rinse. You’ll love your new fresh face.
 
L E A H ' S S P E C I A L R E C I P E:
so i have no idea where my friend Leah got this from but all i remember is walking into her house and seeing her making this so yeah! but its actually amazing! 

WHAT TO DO:
mix 1 teaspoon plain yogurt with the juice from 1/4 slice of orange, some of the orange pulp, and 1 teaspoon aloe. Leave the mixture on your face for at least five minutes before rinsing it off.
