Why spend extra money on Glow-In-The-Dark Nail Polish from stores when you can make your own?
What you need:
top coat/clear polish
glow stick
& It's easy! Crack the glow sticks and break them into the clear polish! It might be easier if you pour some nail polish into a small container and add the glow stick liquid then.
