I try this and it worked!! :D But I wanted a brighter color so I add eyeshadow & food coloring and it worked! :)

DIY : nail polish.

01. - Materials. ♥
- Clear nail polish
- Powder eye shadow /color that you want to make/
- Glitter /optional/
02. - Directions. ♥
- Pound your eyeshadow into a powder.
- Funnel the powder and glitter into your clear nail polish bottle.
- Twist the cap shut and roll the bottle in your hands so the powder is evenly distributed. You could also use a toothpick to mix the nail polish.
03. Notes. ♥
- If your only use eye shadow and glitter in a CLEAR nail polish it obviously wont be pure.
