DIY: Neon Strap Flats

Have you been coveting neon color block shoes? Then this DIY is for you! You'll just need a pair of black flats, small velcro squares, and some neon elastic ribbon. Start by wrapping the ribbon around your ankle 2.5 times and then cut each edge at an angle. Attach the scratchy side of the velcro to each end of the ribbon and then place the soft side of the velcro on the inside of the shoe near the bridge of your foot. Connect the velcro on the ribbon to the velcro on your shoe, loop and do the same on the opposite side.
