DIY Peterpan Collar Necklace

These are perfect to spice up any shirt and are super cute and versitle.
SUPPLIES........
-Wax Paper
-Any color of felt
-Tacky Glue
-Emblishments (glitter, pearls, studs etc)
-Ribbon
-Fabric Pen or marker
-Paint brush
-Scissors

DIRECTIONS.......
1. Cover your table/working area with wax paper
2. Fold your Felt in half
3. Line the Collar pattern up with the center fold
4. Outline the pattern with your pen/marker
5. Cut it out
6.Apply glue to emblish it with pearls, glitter, studs etc. (for glitter: apply the whole collar with glue while using a paint brush to evenly distribute)
(For peals/studs: apply glue in small section while outlining the collar and working your way inwards.
7. Let it dry over night
8.Wrap the ribbon around your neck to get a rought estimate. Then cut it half to get two pieces of ribbon
9.Turn the collar over and apply a dot of glue to the upper tip triangle, then attach the ribbon and let it dry.
