January 30th - Parents Day
Your parents will be picking you up from the hotel where they will also meet up with your mentor and collect your report book.
where: Bentley Hotel conference room I
I opened my eyes. I was in my hotel room. I yawned, then noticing someone's arm around me, and then looked over to my side.
Nick was laying beside me, arm around me as if he was cuddling me in his sleep. I opened my mouth, out of shock.
How many drinks did I have last night?
I silently creeped out of bed, careful not to wake Nick. I put a hand to my head, which was pounding harder than it ever had before.
Ugh. Luckily today was the last day of cotillion week, and my father would be picking me up. And having a word with Bella.. who would hopefully have good things to say.
I looked between a pair of Christian Louboutin pumps, or Miu Miu flats. I slid my feet into the flats, I'd figured if I wore pumps I'd probably trip and fall. "Someone's leaving early," I sighed, turning around to see Nick awake, lying on his side, smirk on his face.
"Yeah, I have a meeting with my father and Bella." I said as I hoisted my Mulberry bag on my shoulder.
"Hm.. what do you think about last night?" He asked and I stared at him, "I think I was drunk."
"And I think you enjoyed it but you won't admit it," He sat up, a smirk practically plastered to his face.
"Ugh, you're a pig." I said. I had no idea why I was denying this, because I did love Nick.. but we'd agreed to never see each other.
"You were amazing. Well, for a first timer," He smiled and I couldn't help but smile back.
I sat down on the bed beside him, leaning in and kissing him gently.
I pulled out, "I've been thinking.. and maybe we could try and make this work again.. start all over?" I smiled hopefully.
"I'd want nothing more." He said picking up my chin and leaning in for a kiss.
I pulled out, smiling. "I have to get to my meeting before I'm yelled at for being late," I rolled my eyes heading out the door.
I found my way to the conference room, I smiled when I saw Bella sitting down, my dad waiting. "Hi, am I late?" I asked as I sat down.
"Surprisingly, no, perfectly on time." She smiled.
But just them a phone went off, and my dad excused it as a business call. I smiled, playing with a strand of hair giddily, "You're definitely happy today," Bella observed and I was in shock she'd even talk to me.. but I guess she was just trying to make an effort.
"Um, yeah just an.. amazing night.." I laughed a little as I crossed my legs.
"With Nick?" She asked.
I nodded, "Uh-huh." I blushed a bit.
"Wow, so little S finally lost the big V." She smirked and I couldn't help but laugh.
"I guess you could put it that way," I said just as my father returned.
"Put what what way?" My father asked.
I smiled, "That Samantha did a very good job." Bella said as I looked up at her.
