Tuesday;
Band practice & then girls night over at Harlow's.
cher;
I closed the door and pressed my back up against it, that hadn't just happened again had it? I hadn't just become Evan’s booty call.
I pushed the thoughts out of my head and opened my wardrobe; I had a girl’s night to attend. I picked up the phone to call Mic to tell her that I was almost on my way, when I saw my father’s number flashing on the screen.
“Er hello?”
“Hello Princess,”
“You haven’t called me Princess since I was five years old, what do you want?”
“Just calling to make sure that everyone is all set for the move to L.A. I’m telling you Cher I’ve never been so proud. Working side by side with you, I think this will be good for us,”
“Are you high?”
“No, I’m just been attending yoga and meditation classes, Kirsten recommended them to me. I swear I’ve never been so relaxed in all my life,”
“Good for you,” I pulled the phone away from my ear ready to hang up; I wasn’t in the mood for my father’s psycho babble.
“Actually I have some great news to tell you,”
“My spider senses are tingling dad, what’s going on…”
“I asked Kirsten to marry me; the wedding is going to be featured on the show. You, Mic and Liv are going to be bridesmaids.”
“How romantic,” I replied sarcastically.
“As you should know, she’s a VS model now and the publicist seems to think that models draw in huge numbers.”
“Again, how romantic of you to commercialize your wedding day and make it into ratings gold,”
“Thanks for being so supportive Princess; I’ll see you all next week” He drawled.
“I’m not-“
“I’ll have my assistant fax through your schedules for next week, Ciao!”
“Dad wait, I don’t even have a fax…” I listened to the dial tone…. “Damn,”
I looked down at the floor where Pancakes was chewing on the hem of my jeans. “Come on you fat little rabbit, we have a girl’s night to attend,”
I walked into Harlow’s apartment and made a beeline for Mic, who was unfortunately with Dana.
“Whatcha talking about?" I asked as I sat down beside her.
"Not much. I'd like to bring it to everyone's attention that Sawyer called me a wh*re!" Dana announced.
At least Sawyer is honest….
“You just called me that." Mic retorted.
"We're girls. We can call each other things like sI*t and ho, and it's friendly. Besides, I believe YOU started that." Dana tried to reason.
"Whatever." Mic rolled my eyes. "Go on about Sawyer."
I sighed; I didn’t really care about Dana and her feelings. To be honest I was sick of her lying and her bullsh*t. I just wanted someone to tell me the real story.
"Okay, well, he said I was like my mother. What is his problem?! I have never asked for money in exchange for sex! And if I had a daughter, I wouldn't make her give hand jobs and BJ's as soon as she could talk." Dana crossed her arms.
"Well, He should think before he says shit." I said as I stood up, I wasn’t in the mood to listen to her whine. I just wanted to go home.
"Sawyer really is an ass!"
"Will you stop causing drama! Sawyer is not an ass!" I looked up to see Kat. She was drunk.
“Stay out of this. It's none of your business.” Dana snapped back.
"Kat. Not right now." Mic stood up and put a hand on her shoulder.
"Let me go so I can teach that tramp a lesson."
“Kat, please don’t start anything here.” Harlow reached out, grabbing Kat's wrist.
"I did nothing."
"Actually, Kat you’re the one causing drama." Mic shrugged.
"Fine." Kat shook her wrist out of Harlow's hand and started walking towards the door.
"What the f.ck was -" Lyric asked "Oh sh*t."
I turned around to see Dana on the floor, blood gushing out of her nose.
"What a f*cking child! She hits me? Way to go Kat! Sawyer's no longer on my list of top as*holes! You are!" Dana shouted at Kat, holding onto her broken nose.
I went into the kitchen and found Pancakes, rifling in the vegetable crisper before grabbing her and getting the hell out of there.
