i know it sounds really crazy, and you might not believe it, but when i'm sitting in class, watching tv, on my computer in bed, or at the movies or wherever, i always clench and unclench my thigh and stomach muscles really quickly! you might be a bit sore if you do it every second of the day, but ease into it! i found that it tones you and helps you lose weight :)

for all the ballerina's out there like me when your watching tv you can just pointe and flex your toes, this improves your pointe and releases tension in your feet.

Also, when siting down at a desk or anywhere really ; you can raise your legs a little. Then there's a burn on your thighs and it burns off calories. & if you want to challenge yourself a bit, you can swing your legs a little but while still raising your legs. (:

As a kid when me or my sister did something bad she punished us with excersizing...maybe thats why i hate it so much, i relate it to punishment aha

erica, you bring your hand behind you. position your arm so that the crook of the elbow forms a 9O degree angle, then bring it backwards so that your elbow is parallel to your shoulder. (:
