@karen97n Thank you so much!!! My Advice: -get LOTS of items - I spend a couple hours doing this at the beginning of the week so that I can use the items through out the week; collections of items come in really handy here -practice, practice, practice - start with templates you like, or trying to mimick someone else's set (but with different items) -theme - find an outfit or a grouping of pictures that you think work well together and build up from there -background - I like to start with a square from the "Frames & Borders" section as my guide, then fill in around the edges with pictures and text -fillers - try to leave as little white space as possible (searching through "Backgrounds" and "Beauty Products" is helpful, also, collections of fillers), or if you do leave white space, strategically place it (prehaps in one of the corners) -special things - you can also do fun little extras like putting a frame around a picture, using items from only one or two brands, creatively using text bubbles (see here: http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=30316160), cropping items so they have a bit of a white border (here: http://www.polyvore.com/listen_to_band/set?id=23524990), etc. -don't post something unless you're in love with it - I can have 10-20 unfinished sets in my drafts at any one time - this can give you something to work on when you don't have a lot of time or creativity Feel free to raid my items to get started. Hope this helps. Good luck! :)
