simple dinner/lunch ideas
- veggie burger with sweet potatoe fries
-salad with grilled chicken and salad dressing on the side!!
-a sandwhich- but instead of bread use pita or whole wheat bread
-BLT with turkey bacon or regular sandwhich meats
- soup- there are some healthy choices like tomato soup
- pasta- eat this before a sports game or a workout
-Grilled kebabs- dont forget some meat and tons o vegetables
-Shrimp- grill them they taste delious- this goes for any other fish also- the least healthiest way to eat fish is drowned in butter a big no no
