Tuesday: An art contest is being held today. So if you’re the artsy type, you get to miss a day of school. All applications will be accepted. Whether you’re a photographer, a painter, movie maker, or whatever else, you can get into the contest. If not, suck it up and get to your classes.

I saw Harper, Vera and Arabella in the halls, not all together, but I went to talk to them for a few minutes. Then I went to Oceane, who looked worried for some reason. "Hey, Oceane."
 
"Hi, are you okay?" she asked.
 
I backed away a little. "Um, yes. I'm fine, are you okay?"
 
"No, I'm fine, too. It's just that Mari was telling that you--" she began but didn't finish, probably ashamed that she even brought it up.
 
"What did she tell you?" I pressed.
 
"Nothing really. Just that you were kind of freaking out and you scared her?" Oceane said, kind of confused herself.
 
I gulped. "I don't know what you're talking about." I tried to smile.
 
Oceane stopped questioning me and the topic turned into Chase, the guy I guess I could call my new boyfriend, but the whole time, Oceane looked worried still.
 
Brianna came to me in the halls, she had also heard about my screaming with Mari. I was just aggravated that she had gone through my stuff and found my mood medication and now everyone knows. Nobody probably even likes me anymore, they're just faking it, probably.
 
I told her to get away.
 
I saw Clio right before my class and she was telling about all her problems, some fresh scandals and stuff. I liked Clio, she usually kept me informed on stuff like that. And she didn't talk about what happened the other day. That was nice of her.
 
Suddenly I remembered there was an art contest today. Chase, an artist (or that's what he says he is) would be entering.
 
The rest of my classes for the day didn't seem "worth it" to me so I ditched class and went to his art contest. Even though I don't understand, and probably never will, I still went.
 
When I got there, I looked frantically everywhere. Where was he?
 
I called him. "Where are you? You're not at the contest?"
 
"No, why would I be at the contest?"
 
"Um, because you're an artist, or so you call yourself."
 
Chase laughed. "It's not mandatory. Why aren't you in class?"
 
"I ditched to see you compete." I said feeling slightly embarrassed.
 
I thought to myself, /I ditched class for no reason!/ I stopped my foot on the ground.
 
"Don't worry, you didn't ditch for no reason. Let's go."
 
"But we're in school. Kind of." I said into the phone.
 
"We can find something else to do." he said, I could sense a smile on his face. I agreed and went along. Maybe I hadn't ditched for no reason after all....
