ERDEM Dress

Dress in silk veil, lining with flowers and leaves pattern, sleeveless, round neckline, back zip. The romantic Erdem draws inspiration from the fantastic universe of writer Zenna Henderson and more particularly of her books relating the coming of an army of chics humanoids on Earth.... Silhouettes are directly inspired by the 50's with a dominance of sheath dresses which play with layering and transparency in a range of pastel colors with intense neons. Materials are mixed in a innovative way, the PVC is embroidered , the lace is cut-out and sewn onto organza or snakeskin. For the shoes, Erdem joins the talented Nicholas Kirkwood whereas he imagines the sunglasses line with Linfa Farrow. Spring-Summer collection 2013
