Sam hasn't gone on holiday. Hallelujah.
So I didn't turn up to the DofE meeting me and Sam both have to go to every Tuesday (I had prior commitments) and then I saw him walking out of the meeting, and he looked over his shoulder right at me. (I was at a fair distance, so no smiling.) It was almost as if he was having one of those "they're actually in school!" moments that I have with him. Like when you haven't seen them yet, and you go into depression realising they aren't in. And then you see them and it's like, praise the lord. And I believe, as I wasn't in the meeting, he assumed I wasn't in school, and then when he saw me he had one of those praise the lord moments mentioned above.
Later on I was watching this tennis tournament which our school puts on every year and my friend, who was sat next to me, said she saw him looking at me. It was really windy and so he kept flicking his hair out his face. It was real cute.
My friend also reckons this other Sam in our class fancies me as she says she always sees him looking at me. I completely disagree. He's popular, and incase you hadn't realised, I'm a complete and utter nerd through and through. But anyway, we've come up with a code word for when she next sees him looking.
