Golf is one of most wanted British sports.I represent you best places in London where to play golf .
PALEWELL PITCH & PUTT GOLF COURSE- ( Palewell Common Drive, East Sheen, SW14 8RE ) Pitch and putt offers both a great place to learn and a laid-back alternative for those who can’t be bothered with all the posturing surrounding traditional golf clubs. It gives you the opportunity to roam some peaceful green ground. The course isn't the most extensive – it only has nine holes, averaging 90 yards in length – but it’s attractive, peaceful setting makes up for it.
RICHMOND PARK PUBLIC GOLF COURSE - ( Roehampton Gate, Priory Lane, SW15 5JR ) Club hire, buggies and a driving range are all available, as are lessons with the large team of qualified teachers. Great views of the park compliment the chilled-out pace of play.
HAMPTON COURT PALACE GOLF CLUB- (Hampton Wick, Kingston-upon-Thames, KT1 4AD ) This golf course is an agreeable choice for a relaxing round. It’s not cheap and prices are even higher at weekends.
URBAN GOLF - (12 Smithfield Street, City, London EC1A 9LA ) Players are free to pick their programs, the holes they want to play and can match their abilities to the challenges set before them. Lessons and rather snazzy clubs are supplied if need be.
DUKES MEADOWS GOLF CLUB -( Great Chertsey Road, W4 2SH ) Friendly and relatively unpretentious for a golf club (the usual dress code applies!) and very suited to those nervous golfers lacking the confidence to wrestle a full-sized course, it attracts a whole raft of golfing folk from enthusiastic novices to experts looking to improve their handicaps. You need your own clubs and golf shoes with soft spikes, so don't turn up empty handed.
WORLD OF GOLF - (Wyvern Estate, Beverley Way, KT3 4PH ) The Florida style miniature golf course has a fun dinosaur theme so it's not just greens and bunkers you need to be aware of, you'll need to navigate your way around the prehistoric caves, waterfalls and even some roaring dinosaurs.
