Fall Winter 2012/2013 trends: The Neo-Baroque

The fashion this winter is inspired by a baroque minimalist or ostentatious.
Triumph brocades and damasks, velvets and lace, pearls, precious stones and gold details, a fashion that combines luxury and elegance.
Even the bosses are reinterpreted in romantic-baroque (see Valentino)
Among the main ambassadors of this trend are Dolce and Gabbana with a collection dominated by baroque romanticism: embroidered dresses, flashy retro applications, the Dolce & Gabbana woman is wrapped in silk and lace with floral prints, brocades and damasks.
But other fashion houses do not give up to show off a few garment this style (see Ralph-Lauren, Roberto Cavalli, Moschino, Balmain and AlexanderMcQueen).
It seems that this trend will bring us the behind in the new season Spring Summer 2013.
So a piece of clothing "neo-Zarina" style can not miss to the wardrobe of any fashionista!
It only takes one garment or accessory, but not the total look and excessive mix of styles at the risk of appearing kitsch rather than rich.
