I feel you should know my ideas about future fashion are heavily influenced by all incarnations of Star Trek. Not to mention all the bad Sci -Fi books/movies that have stuck with me since my very geeky childhood.
 
Also, it is an indisputable fact that silver always equals futuristic. Indisputable.
