Excellent. Pumps with reasonable heel. No sandals or stilletos. Purses are all perfect because they do not draw attention away from you the interviewee. Jackets excellent. Watch out for v's in the blouses - these are too low. (But that's for advertising not for interviewing). These are great outfits. Be careful of bracelets that jangle - they can be distracting during an interview. All the ladies have well groomed hair.
