i've dropped 35 lbs and from a size 20 to a size 14 in the last year, this year i'm cleaning my diet up even more and adding running and weight training/muscle building exercises into the mix. i aim to get an average of 8 hours of sleep and increase my water intake, since i have definitely slacked off in that area a bit...continuing with my yoga and bellydance and poi spinning, staying grain free and still brewing my own kombucha...trying to eat as clean as possible and afford descent fitness gear on an extremely tight budget.
