Decided to a lil' tips to fitness!
(Cause it makes me look like I actually exercise lol)
1. It's always hard to get planned your training if you are doing it on your own. Find inspiration in magazines or on the Internet, and find a date (or just a time) and workout methods as a note.
2. Nobody wants to do hardwork in itchy pants. Make sure that you are comfortable in your clothes, and you find it pretty, so you would like to show it of more often.
3. It's pretty important that you have good shoes. That's just the feet-technique, we can't really do anything about that.
4. Up-tempo music is good for exercise. A good song can really keep you going, and make it a little fun too.
