Don't we all wish we were flexible? I know I do! I've been looking forward to cheer tryouts for almost two years now! I've obviously found some stretches/exercises to help my flexibility and stuff! So here they are. (:
•Sit with your one leg behind you, like you're going into the splits, the. With your other leg in front of you, bent at the knee. With your knee coming towards your pelvis.
•Do reeeeally low lunges! It helps, trust me.
FOR MIDDLE SPLITS:
•sit in straddle position and lean your alarms forward as far as you can.
•side lunges! Once you get far on them, do LOW side lunges.
•sit in butterfly position and go as low as possible!
