    Sandwich de pollo al estilo provenzal Propuesto por Gourmetillo food studio, un catering que busca inspiración en cualquier lugar del mundo, que afirma con fervor que cualquier excusa es perfecta para celebrarla con buena comida y que cree en la "cocina con alma" para cualquier ocasión. Ingredientes: dos rebanadas de pan artesano (idealmente tipo brioche); 150 gr. de pechuga de pollo; dos ó tres champiñones Portobello; una cucharadita de mayonesa; una cucharadita de hierbas provenzales (orégano, romero, tomillo, salvia y mejorana); un puñado de espinacas frescas en hoja; unas gotas de limón y un chorrito de aceite. Preparación: hacer la pechuga a la plancha, añadir las hierbas y reservar en caliente. Cortar los champiñones en láminas y aderezar con aceite y limón. Lavar las espinacas. Untar el pan con mayonesa y colocar las espinacas, los champiñones, la pechuga y, de nuevo, los champiñones.
