The Christmas Tree Top Star by Georg Jensen is a Christmas highlight, which is still, after more than 15 years of its developing (1993), modern and festive at one time at the top of the most famous Christmas accessory. Of course the star at the top of the Christmas tree is no invention of the legendary Danish design-company. With its interpretation of the Christmas icon, the Jensen-designer Flemming Eskildsen was able to beat the bridge between modern design and traditional Christmas look. With a twist-mounting at the star, it is easy to put it on the top of the Christmas tree and to take it of after the festival – it will be "screwed" on the top of the Christmas. It is also delivered with a purple-coloured silk ribbon, with witch the star also can be hanged onto something.
