  • Sigvard Bernadotte BERNADOTTE Thermo
    SOLD OUT: More info
BERNADOTTE - based on a design from 1938, as a vacuum jug it has modern day practicality. Originally designed as a jug, the BERNADOTTE vacuum jug retains the original form for a unique combination of old meets new. Prince Sigvard Bernadotte, son of the Swedish King Gustav VI Adolf designed a number of silver goods throughout his life. He brought a Scandinavian sensibility to each of his designs. The original BERNADOTTE jug dates from 1938. At that time, functionalism was an important movement in the design world. He kept this aesthetic throughout his life, always coming up with new ways to combine the beautiful with the useful. The vacuum jug was his final design. The thermo jug holds 1 L and keeps liquids hot for mimimum 6 hours. Design Year: 2002. Materials: chrome-plated steel, inner coating. Measurements: 1 L.
  • Sigvard Bernadotte BERNADOTTE thermo jug 0,8L
    SOLD OUT: More info
In 1938 he designed an elegant sterling silver milk jug in a unique design, which gave the inspiration to a new thermo jug. Even though the design for the thermo jug is 65 years old it is still a contemporary piece. Prince Sigvard Bernadotte was concerned with the same functionalism that plays a great part in modern design today, and this without, at any time, losing sight of the visual beauty. The large Bernadotte thermo jug was launched in 2002, and in the fall of 2011, a second smaller version is introduced. This second thermo jug is actually closer to the original design and holds 0.8 L. The thermo jug keeps liquids hot for mimimum 6 hours. Materials: The thermo jug is made from stainless steel with a chrome plated screw-on-lid and handle. The inner liner is also in stainless steel – and non-breakable. The inner part is coated to prevent the taste of coffee and tea to stay in the thermo jug. Measurements: Ø 160 x L 189 x H 188 mm.

Her designs consistently focus on the shape of a piece as the design itself, rather than additional adornment. Each earclip is a continuous loop, a visionary take on an ancient symbol. All of the pieces in the line are substantial but light thanks to the design’s fluidity. The curved shape is easy to wear, a great addition to your every day look. A modern interpretation of a timeless theme. Design Year: 2004. Materials: sterling silver

  • Todd Bracher FLORA vase (large)
    SOLD OUT: More info
FLORA–a polished stainless steel vase with sculptural contours. Starting with a form that is a loose interpretation of the female body, contemporary designer Todd Bracher plays with contrasts in his FLORA collection. The strong angles and gentle curves make the vase a striking decorative piece for any surface. The mirrored surface reflects the flowers, creating a dramatic effect that accentuates the natural colour and texture of the flowers. Together, the vase and its contents create a totally unique display that changes with each flower arrangement. An eye-catching combination of nature and craftsmanship. Design Year: 2007. Materials: Polished stainless steel. Measurements: H: 50 cm.
