So do you ever wake up in the morning and just want to go back to bed. 

Or is that every morning? 
Well these tips can help you so you will only have to stay in bed an extra 5 minutes instead of 30. :)

+ Stop drinking things like Soda, Juices, Coffees, Hot Chocolate etc 3 hours before you go to bed. These upset your stomach and make you have to pee faster, there fore you get up in the middle of the night. 

+ Fall asleep to music and focus on the words. It will help your mind cool down and only focus on one thing. 

+ Keep the air in your room cool. You will feel lighter when you breathe and less stuffy and full. 

+ Turn out all lights, shut all blinds, unless you need one to sleep. This will exit out any light that may distract you from keeping your eyes shut. 

+ Keep a cool wash cloth and water next to your bed incase you get hot and need to cool down. The water will also refresh your throat if it gets dry. 

+ Keep lotion, chapstick, hair tyes etc near your bed incase your skin, lips get dry or your hair is bothering you. 

+ If your house is loud at night or in the morning sleep with ear plugs in to block noise that could cause you to get less sleep. 

+ Create a cozy atmosphere by spraying your favorite perfume or lighting a candle (just don't forget to blow it out) because the scent will help you relax. 

+ Also thoughts and worries can keep you up so push those aside, to help you do that in your head; 1.) Count to 100 forwards then backwards. 2.) Spell all your extended families names. 3.) Say the alphabet backwards.
