I have gained a lot of weight during the holiday season and i am trying my best to take at least an inch or two off of my current waist line (wish me luck)
I'll start by cutting on my carbs, meaning less rice for me (i love rice so this is gonna be hard haha), no more Coke and other sodas, less coffee and more milk, more fruits and vegetables, fish and other white meats. except on special occassions haha i don't want to deprive myself.
So who else is trying to get in shape for this coming summer?
The news said we're going to experience just a quick sizzling summer because of the La Nina phenomenon, so I say lets all make the most out of the much awaited season. :))
