I've tried a ton of eyeliners, even the expensive ones! But Cover Girl eye liner is my favorite. It just does what it's supposed to and stays put without being dry. The Liquiline Blast pencils are awesome too for the inner rims of your eyes. They go everywhere with me... in my purse, my makeup drawer, my travel bag... lol
