This is a high-quality fully assembled replica of the Harvey clipper that sailed out of the port of Galveston, Texas, in the mid-1800s. Using historical photographs, drawings, or the original plans, master craftsmen spend hundreds of hours hand-crafting each design to scale with high-grade wood using the plank on frame construction method. Before leaving the workshop, each model undergoes a thorough quality control process. This Harvey model features a black and white painted hull, two decks, hand-stitched linen sails, metal anchors, and a wooden anchor. The front bowsprit and three large masts are connected securely using advanced rigging and lines painstakingly knotted and fastened by hand. On the deck, there are metal stationed cannons, a wooden windlass, bell tower, and many other spectacular ornaments. Harvey sailboat replica. Built from the highest quality wood.
