I went to my first therapy session this morning.. It went alright, I guess. The lady was pretty nice. Turns out I have anxiety problems and am verging on an eating disorder. I honestly thought I was fine, I thought I'd recovered, but she said there are several alarming warning signals, so I have to start going regularly. 
I'm supposed to go on walks every day to manage anxiety, and incorporate an extra banana, yogurt or almonds into my diet every day for extra calories.
I'm actually really quite surprised because I thought I'd gotten so much better over the last couple of weeks, but apparently not.
