Heyy! So obviously it is not really GOOD for you, but it is healthier than having a fatty one and it has less calories!

O 1. 1% or non fat milk

 O 2. Blender♥

O 3. Chocolate frozen yogurt. OR Chocolate ice cream with no sugar. (May be hard to find, should be in local grocery stores)

O 4. Coco powder.

O 1. Put about half a cup of yogurt into the blender, or as much as you want.

O 2. Add milk. Add less milk if you want it chunky, add more milk if you want it really smooth.

O 3. Add about a tablespoon of cocoa powder (Optional)

Pour into a tall glass, add a straw and you're good to go! Don't add whip cream or chocolate syrup , that will make it really unhealthy! Short tip, sorry!
