Here are some delicious, healthy lunches to eat really anywhere!!
S A N D W H I C H E S
~BLT. Or bacon, lettuce, tomatoe! These are so great! Veggies with a little bit saltiness from the bacon!!
~Warm Prosciutto-Stuffed Focaccia.
Sounds fancy but it;s really not that complicated!
All it is is warm Forcaccia bread,Prosciuttow, muenster cheese, baby spinach,roasted bell peppers and a balsamic vinegrette! You can take out the peppers of vinegrette but spinach is soooo amazing for you! It;s jam packed with antioxidants and vitamins!!
~Turkey Green Apple and brie! Now I know this sounds a little cray but trust me its wondeful.
~Bannana and Peanut butter! Peanut butter, bannana, cinnimon, and honey.
~Nutella. Obvious one
~Turkey, avacado, cheese
~chicken/ tuna salad
Try these on wheat bread instead of white to add some extra nutrients! On the side have some fruits or veggies! Or try these is in wraps.
O T H E R
~Rice! Try brown rice with terriakki and stir fried veggies or even chicken!
~Hard boiled eggs! With some fruit on the side
~Yogurt! Add some granola!
Avacado and spinach are great sources of vitamins and can make a great addition to most lunches!!
