Hello everyone, how are you?

Some of you may have noticed that I've taken a little break for the world of social media recently, this was mostly due to my panic and anxiety disorder which became rather debilitating for a while but I've been having intensive CBT for some weeks now and I have to say I feel better than ever and without wanting to sound preachy, I can't believe what a difference a more positive outlook and letting go of worry makes, anyway, that's enough about that, hope you are all well :)
