Hey, look, it's Lilith Poe! Remember Lilith? This has been sitting in my drafts for a while now, so I thought I'd post it as is. I like the simplicity of it.

Anyway, the reason I'm probably breaking the rules of this group to post here is because my NaNo project just became steampunk and I have no idea how to do that. So, if any of you lovely ladies (because I know a lot of you adore this genre!) have any resources/references for all things Victorian and steampunk, please send them my way!

I'm co-writing this with a friend who has also never written steampunk, but, thankfully, has read many a novel set in that universe. I've only read two trilogies in the lines of steampunk, so I've only experience two different takes and both of them were about airships, which does not help my novel planning.

My NaNo this year is set in London in the late 1880's and follows a female detective (unofficially, of course, since it's still the 19th century) and her male companion as they solve the infamous Jack the Ripper murders. So, any information on that is great as well.

Please, please, please help a girl out! I'll be eternally indebted to you. :D
