This was requested on our Formspring account.

- Potatoes
- Oil (you can use Canola oil, but most oils will work)
- Seasonings of choice (you can use salt, pepper, cajun pepper, BBQ flavored salt, et cetera. Have fun making up new potato chip flavors!)

O1. Cut the potatoes up in VERY thin slices. In the photo, the person used a food processor, and you could also use a mandoline. Then wash, and DRY (water and oil are not friends) the potatoes.
O2. Fill a pan with about 2-3 inches of oil. Heat the oil up to 375°F (use a thermometer to check the temperature)
O3. Put the potatoes in the pan for around 3 minutes, or until they are golden brown. 
O4. After the potatoes are golden brown, place them on a paper towel to dry off excess oil. Immediatly add your seasonings while the oil is still drying.
O5. Enjoy! :)
