After a long day of stressful activities - my most recent was studying for exams! :( - These are the different ways that I like to relax and de-stress:
1. Find somewhere quite to lie down for a while such as a park, field or even your bedroom.
2.Take a walk in a garden or local park and just watch the flowers and animals... It sounds weird but really helps to take your mind off of things.
3.Listen and/or play some music - I play guitar and piano but even if you don't play an instrument it is good to listen to some. Pop your headphones on and lie down for a while.
4.Treat yourself! Have that little bit of cake or warming hot chocolate!
