1. Brush your teeth at least every morning and night.
2. You can use Crest white strips if you want to.
3. Change your diet to make it healthier.
4. Drink more water than anything.
5. Drink with a straw more often so any sodas or juices don't stain your teeth.
6. You can brush your teeth with baking soda.
