@kimberlyannfenton, it works on all hair! I have dark brown hair and it worked for me :)

you can get pastel chalk for like $11 at Michaels or AC Moore and it comes with more colors it works the same

@fruitchannel, yes. It washes off after 1 shampoo. (Sometimes 2)

@jbear28 Yep! Just what she said. With blonde hair, it can last a little longer though but to avoid that, you just don't wet the hair.
