It's one thing to make a goal, but here's how to keep it::
1.) Set a REASONABLE goal-
Pick something you know you will be able to do :)
2.) Plan it out.
Make a plan so you know exactly how you are going to achieve your goal :)
Use a calendar to track your progress and keep you on track! If it seems like you won't be able to achieve your goal, revise it a little.
If its too easy, try to push yourself a little harder. YOU CAN DO IT!!! (:
