Dear Roxanne and anyone else who is interested,
I've never need to give tips on how to lose weight but im going to try.
1. Excerise- instead of going to the girl go to and buy yourself the Wii. You can you games like the WiiFit and WiiSport (etc) to excersise. Or maybe even a DDR!! Studys shown after weeks of playing the Wii it can help you those weight and is also good for physical therpy. I have the Wii !!
2.Eat heathly foods. Ditch McDonalds. If you eat healthy you can have it once a year. McDonalds french fries never mold because they are soo greasy..did u know that?? Just wanted to freak you out.. When the rest of the world if overwieght...don't you wanna be one of the last skinny ones alive? Fruits and Vegies!! Put chocalate or a little sugar on ur fruits if needed and maybe add cheese to your vegies. Have salad!!
3. Watch the movie Supersize Me..it is a great documentry..I havent haven McDonalds since..and have lowered on junk food! It is one of my fav movies because it is sooo interesting and gross and will make you rfraked out about junk food
4. Eat organic food.. Milk Vitamns and all that jazz are realllllyy good for your body
5. Burn calories!! Get off Polyvore for a little.. did you know you can burn calories from moving even your eyes..yes people is you are reading this you have already burned some calories..reading tv wiggling your fingers and more jazz
