Anyways! ;)

-FIGS AND DATES-
These two fruits help you digest faster. After you eat dinner, lunch, etc. Eat a couple of figs or dates. You’ll digest it all and faster. 

-WATER-
Yes ,really water. Water has a big part in weight loss. Make sure you constantly drink water and make sure your always hydrated! Staying de-hydrated is bad for you and it won’t help you lose weight. 

-SMALLER PORTIONS-
Start eating smaller portions of food. No I am NOT saying starve yourself. I’m saying don’t stuff yourself. 
Eat how much you need to but not over. You shouldn’t feel like you’re going to vomit or something. When you eat too much (like on thanksgiving), it’s one of the main causes for weight gain. And also try not to put variety in your food. Every time you eat stick to one thing. Which means don’t eat steak, pizza, pasta, AND rice for one meal. Stick to ONE item.

-JUNK FOOD-
Get rid of eating junk food and unhealthy stuff.

-SLEEP!-
Yes, sleep. ;) Get enough sleep! On average, we need about 8 hours of quality sleep per night. Getting enough sleep can give you energy, reduce belly fat, and help you eat less.

-VINEGAR-
Ew..Yeah I do this. By drinking vinegar is speeds up your metabolism and it burns un-necessary fat. 
What to do? The easier version is to drink: 
-Drink 1 to 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar mixed with 1 glass of water before meals 3 times a day
Harder version; more effective
- Drink 1 to 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar before meals 3 times a day

-EXERCISE!-
Obviously the most important. 
If you don’t have time to exercise (or you're lazy like me ;)) then try jogging instead. I wake up early before school and go jogging. This is really easy and becomes a routine. 
But if you do have time (and your not lazy) then there are way more effective ways to lose weight. Try looking up stuff on Youtube or googling workouts. 

-WALK AWAY POUNDS WITH LESLIE SANSONE-
