I am making collections of my sets to make it easier to check on whether any of them have been hidden. If they are hidden they will not show up in a published collection. All sets are numbered so all I have to do is look through the numbers to identify missing sets. Included in the description are the links to the sets so I can simply visit the number that is missing and fix the set.
 
It is ridiculous that I feel like I have to do this. But a large number of my sets have been cropping up with invalid images and this is the only way that I can think to keep track of things. If you are as steamed about this as I am, I urge you to write to the powers that be here: http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/feedback and ask for an invalid image notification so that when one of our sets are hidden we can know about it and fix it right away.
