Tacita is the youngest Elder on the Council. She volunteered to run The School and left for Earth with her own daughter over 15 years ago. She has untold powers but rarely uses them. She is a strict Headmistress but has a tenderness for every resident Garde & Cepan alike. She feels a personal loss whenever a Cepan dies. Her Daughter is 24 years old and a Garde.
