-Name- Renee Santiago
-Age- 15
-Hometown- Lacombe, LA
-Event- 100 Meter Dash and 200 Meter Dash
-Bio- Renee has been sprinting since…forever. She was brought up in a runner’s household- her mother is a distance runner with several accolades, and her dad was a cross-country prodigy. However, she showed the most talent at short sprints, and her parents helped her excel. Since 7th grade, she’s been on her high school’s varsity team, and this year…well, it will be her year. Fast and fierce, her coach agreed that it was time for her to try her hand at the Olympic trials. She’s moving on to London as second competitor in both the 100 and the 200, by some miracle, and even though she definitely has a future on the medal stand at a later date, for now, she’s just happy to be here.
-Likes- running {duh}, high-heeled sneakers, neon everything, traveling, eating massive ammounts of food, vintage cameras
-Dislikes- frilly and/or girly clothing, people comparing her to her parents, rap, uptight people, sitting still, diets.
