I think everyone should take a second and feel thankful for all the people and things in their life that make them happy- learn that what you have now- even if you’re not in the best situation in your life- is something to be happy about, think about someone you love or someone that loves you or something you do that makes you feel good about yourself. Then think about the opposite feeling, sadness, regret, insecurity- Think about anything that made you feel bad and take that and understand that no one likes to feel like that. Stop shaming people -find forgiveness- find that someone/ something that makes you happy from the beginning of this and use all the positive energy that beaming thought gives you, and use it to spread it to everyone around you. Positivity is one of the easiest things in the world to share, if you see someone having a bad day let them know that tomorrow is a new day. Law of Attraction- believe and you will receive- believe in positivity and it will find you and always radiate from you.
