It looks like the Fresnel lens in the lighthouse that is undoubtedly nearby--great effect!

This is "take two". Right after I published it the first time I noticed the beach scape has a watermark on it ...I don't do watermarks! But this one sorta looked "integral" to the image so I decided to run with it by doing a cloning effect: 3 seascapes nestled.
