Whats up? So I am on vacation for two weeks, so I won't be able to be super active, sorry about that. But I will be back to CA soon! 

Anyways, during the summer is when your hair dries out the most. So here are five ways to easily keep it hydrated!

1| Deep condition once a week
Usually, these are left on your hair for 15 - 30 minutes. They really help your roots as well. You can find these at almost all drug stores. 

2| Use moisturizing shampoos
Normal shampoos can dry out your scalp and hair. So when buying shampoo, find ones marked with "moisturizing" or "replenishing".

3| Dry naturally
Drying your hair with a blowdryer can be damaging, so air dry your hair to moisturize.

4| Brush your hair 
Brushing your hair twice a day distributes oil though out your hair. But try not to pull and tug too much.

5| Eat a balanced diet
Eating healthy is not only good for your body, but it is also AMAZING for your hair!
